This site is operated by Gardepest. Its form allows you to request a conversation about a residential pest concern.
Form information
The form asks for your name, a phone number or email, the pest concern and a neighbourhood or postal code prefix. Notes are optional. Please leave out full addresses, photos, medical details and payment information. We use this information to assess your enquiry and respond. You are not added to a marketing list.
Data flow and providers
Your enquiry is processed by Vercel, with its compute region configured in Montréal, then emailed through Resend (sending region: North Virginia, United States) to Google Workspace — andrew@dragonai.co.uk (Dragon AI). Dragon AI receives enquiries on Gardepest’s behalf during the website launch. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical browser and network signals to limit automated submissions; it does not receive the form text. Hosting, delivery and email handling may involve processing outside Québec and Canada. This website does not store enquiries in a database or include their contents in application logs.
Retention and access
Access to enquiries is limited to people authorised to respond on Gardepest’s behalf. Emails are retained to handle the enquiry and necessary follow-up, then deleted when no longer needed, subject to applicable retention obligations. Deletion from the receiving mailbox is managed by its administrator; this website does not automatically delete emails. Providers apply their own retention periods to logs and backups. Contact our privacy contact to request access, correction or deletion of your information.
Measurement and cookies
Google Analytics loads only if you accept analytics. It measures page visits, form starts, enquiries accepted by the delivery service and clicks on the call button. A click does not establish that a call took place. Form names, contact details, neighbourhoods and notes are not sent to Google Analytics; URL queries and fragments are excluded. Advertising features and Google Signals are disabled. Google may process data outside Québec and Canada. Your choice is remembered for six months, and analytics cookies are configured to expire after 60 days. You can decline or withdraw consent through Cookie preferences at the bottom of the site without losing access to the form. Choosing a language does not require a preference cookie.
